Technical Trainer Pay: $23.49-$32.45/hour based upon experience Shift: Days working other shifts as needed $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement $100 Quarterly Attendance Bonus Quarterly Production Goal Bonus Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Quality Safety Awards Earn Vacation from Day 1 up to 80 hours annually in the first year Paid Bridge to Skills Training with Incentives to Advance Your Career Eligible for daily pay How you will make an impact: This role is an important part of the manufacturing process, assisting our teams by creating training programs and materials, training the trainers, tracking progress and supporting manufacturing training needs. Job Responsibilities: With the assistance of SMEs create the JIBs, PDs and Visual Job Instructions as needed to support our SOPs throughout our manufacturing processes Create and provide training tools for our hourly employees and trainers Work with teams to create processes to track, evaluate and document employee training Work with management and employees to identify strategic training needs and develop plans to meet those needs What you bring to the position: Deep knowledge of current training methodology and practices Experience developing and implementing technical training programs The ability to work across all employee levels to meet strategic goals Enthusiasm for lifetime learning Print/Bind/Fulfillment experience is a plus Dual English/Spanish language abilities a plus Lakeside Book Company – What Makes Us Special: Our focus on Safety, Stewardship, Inclusivity, and Environmental Sustainability give so many of our employees’ pride in the work we do within the communities we inhabit.
