We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our client s team and play a key role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly documents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and exceptional writing skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and Understand Technical Concepts
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information on technical concepts, processes, and products
    • Conduct in-depth research to comprehend complex technical topics
  • Create Clear and Concise Documentation
    • Develop white papers that are clear, concise, and easy to understand
    • Translate technical jargon into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into documentation
  • Review and Edit Existing Documentation
    • Review and edit existing documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance
    • Ensure documentation complies with company standards and industry best practices
  • Stay Updated on Technological Advancements
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate the latest information into documentation
  • Manage Documentation Lifecycle
    • Organize and maintain a documentation repository, ensuring easy access and version control
    • Update documentation as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 to 10+ years of experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
    g.
    , Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment
  • Strong technical background (Data Center, Cloud, or similar Technology) preferred
  • Business communication, professional collaboration experience
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development, and IT infrastructure
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with graphic design tools for creating visuals to accompany documentation
  • Previous experience in cloud computing, software development, or related fields
  • Must have strong communication skills
