Position Title: Technical Writer

Location: Hershey, PA 17033 ( Day1 Onsite for all 5days)

Description:

This individual will work with Client subject matter experts (SMEs) to document technical architecture/design, processes, and procedural documentation into digestible content for specific audiences impacted by new solution (infrastructure and application) implementations at the Client Company. In addition, they will work with instructional design resources to design and implement training modules following the ADDIE or similar instructional design models.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, English, Communications, Instructional Design or related fields, or equivalent 3 - 5 years of work experience in related field

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to support interaction with various levels within The Client Company
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to use Client owned technology to create compelling and communicative graphics & content
• Ability to work with Information Technology and Operational technology experts to develop technical documentation and training materials for server, network and security infrastructure
• Composure under pressure. self-starter, and collaborative working style
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions concurrently (project management and time management skills)
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. and Visio
