Position Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for a variety of audiences, including technical staff, non-technical stakeholders, and end-users. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our cybersecurity policies, procedures, and systems are well-understood and properly implemented.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of different cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with graphic design and multimedia development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or Microsoft Word. Experience with content management systems.

Skills Preferred:

• Collaborate with cybersecurity team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

• Manage documentation review and approval processes.
• Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
• Assist with other cybersecurity-related tasks as needed.

Experience Preferred:

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Education Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+) are a plus.
