Responsibilities: 


Drive partner initiatives and projects through the entire project lifecycle including 
managing project schedules, gaining visibility into partner development times, finding 
ways to accelerate their schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to 
all project stakeholders. 
Consult with partners and internal stakeholders to advise on technical solutions and 
strategies to enable strategic client partnership initiatives. 
Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner's integration (both new and ongoing) by 
providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance. 
Represent the partners by synthesizing learnings and crafting data into clear and 
compelling executive updates and presentations across product, engineering, and 
partnership leadership to help define and shape product direction. 
Explore new technical solutions to unlock new Partnership verticals to accelerate 
growth with partnerships. 


Minimum qualifications: 


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of customer-facing experience, and experience with customer technical activities. 
Experience coding with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java, C/C++, Python) and data analysis using SQL/MySQL. 


Preferred qualifications: 
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 
Ability to collaborate, communicate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized partner's stakeholder groups. 
Excellent technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills, combined with a sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.
