As a Technician III, your role will be to calibrate, set up and use sophisticated and/or specialized measurement test equipment. You will interpret data and prepare recommendations as well as draft reports and communicate results. You will do this by: Performing a variety of non-routine assignments of moderate complexity, including various engineering tests using sophisticated and/or specialized measurement devices and test equipment. Fabricating prototype components and/or assemblies for product testing. Documenting all aspects of tests, including objectives, procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations. Compiling and computing a variety of engineering data: analyzing test and design data and preparing reports. Analyzing problems and recommending solutions; expediting prototype parts or accessories. Developing, preparing and making recommendations for schematics, designs, test procedures and/or specifications. Performing other duties as assigned.
