• Perform inspections, advanced diagnostics, and full system evaluations

• Execute preventive maintenance (fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups) and complex repairs (electrical/powertrain)

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers; document work with precision

• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines; protect the customer and the brand

• Stay current on evolving technology, scan tools, and repair procedures

• 4+ years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)

• Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; proficiency with scan tools and service info systems

• Consistent flag-hour production with clean comebacks history

• ASE certification preferred; Hyundai/OEM certifications a strong plus (we'll help you advance)

• Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean MVR

• Volume + workflow: tons of work, smart dispatch, no wasted motion
