MUST HAVE STRONG:
- Need candidate with strong SQL query experience.
- Property & casualty insurance companies working experience.
- Must have worked on policy administration.
- 7-8 years' experience in business analysis , application support, system analysis with an understanding of software development lifecycle
Job Duties:
Responsible for business analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of requests and incidents while adhering to departmental procedures.
Responsible for data analysis and provide insights on the data to the customers.
Collaborate with the various teams (i.e., business, development and QA) to ensure that tasks are handled and brought to closure in an efficient and timely manner.
Gains an in-depth understanding of application functionality and the business processes supported by these applications.
Understand and meet the customer and senior management expectation on the delivery of the assigned tasks and keep them updated.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to exercise judgment using procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action and possess creative problem-solving skills.
Successful candidate must have high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal IT team members.
