We are seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented operator to improve how we use data, systems, and AI across the firm. This is an execution-focused role. You will connect data sources, implement tools, build reports, and improve workflows so the team can operate more efficiently and make better-informed decisions. You will be trusted with critical systems and sensitive data and expected to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Core Responsibilities Lead Our AI Transformation Integrate AI tools into investment research and operational workflows Identify opportunities to automate and accelerate analysis without sacrificing rigor Ensure AI tools are used effectively and responsibly across the firm Connect and Operationalize Data Integrate core financial data sources (Bloomberg, ICE, internal systems) into usable workflows Build pipelines and tools that turn raw data into actionable insights Develop custom reporting solutions within systems like APX Upgrade Our Commercial Engine Enhance and optimize Salesforce to improve speed and effectiveness of the sales process Build tools and automations that reduce friction and increase conversion Own Core Technology Infrastructure Oversee desktops, systems, and vendors to ensure reliability and security Maintain high-integrity access to sensitive financial data Troubleshoot issues quickly and thoroughly Be a Force Multiplier Train team members on new tools and workflows Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and output Operate with urgency while maintaining precision Who You Are Extremely high integrity—you can be trusted with sensitive data and critical systems Fast and detail-oriented—you move quickly but get things right A self-starter who thrives in a high-expectation environment Comfortable learning new systems independently (APX, Salesforce, AI tools, etc.) Technically capable across data, systems, and automation Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field Familiarity with enterprise systems and IT infrastructure Proficiency in Python and SQL for data integration, automation and reporting Ability to work with APIs and integrate external data sources into AI and automation workflows Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working across both modern and legacy systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working with financial data or investment systems Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data pipelines Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Experience with portfolio/accounting systems (e.g., APX) Experience building or modifying reports using SQL-based or proprietary reporting tools Ability to quickly learn and work within legacy systems and reporting languages What We Offer Meaningful responsibility from day one Direct impact on the future of the firm Exposure to both investment and operational leadership Competitive compensation including long-term alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
