Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site execution and coordination of end-to-end IT integration activities across infrastructure, applications, data, and security workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technology integration plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, business priorities, and overall M&A integration strategy.
  • Oversee technical due diligence, environment readiness, and integration planning to ensure seamless transition and operational continuity during cutover.
  • Manage cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure, network, identity and access management, end-user computing, cloud, and applications) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Coordinate the establishment of connectivity, AD synchronization, data migration, and security alignment between merging IT environments.
  • Monitor and control integration execution activities, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for onsite teams, providing direction and problem resolution across integration dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout integration phases.
  • Collaborate with business integration, application, and security leads to validate readiness for "Day 1" operations and steady-state transition.
  • Identify technical risks, interdependencies, and performance gaps; propose mitigation strategies and corrective actions to minimize disruption.
  • Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and risk assessments to the Integration Management Office (IMO) and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive post-merger stabilization, technical optimization, and handover to steady-state IT operations.
