Troubleshoot customer issues as needed, documenting details in JIRA and the PagerDuty oncall system. Review and triage escalated service and support requests. Utilize DevOps automation tools, including GitLab build jobs. Provide oncall support for P1 issues during weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. Oversee the accurate categorization and prioritization of Change Requests based on business impact and urgency.
