Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?

The Technology Operations Center assists employees with their technology needs. As the Technology Operations Technician, you will leverage your experience with many different disciplines and technologies. You can adapt quickly to new technologies and changes and are a self-starter striving to advance and grow your technical and interpersonal capabilities.Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm, every other Wednesday 6am-6pm
What Will You Do?
- Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues.
- Identify repetitive issues in the environment and work with the Problem Management Team to eliminate from the environment.
- Identify repetitive work functions that can be automated and work with the Automation Team to eliminate that work.
- Identify improved monitoring opportunities and improvements.
- Assist Engineering Teams and Business Units with changes to the infrastructure and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Leverage capabilities within Service Now to streamline issues and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Document work performed in adherence with Information Technology Infrastructure Library standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Able to work independently and demonstrates effective decision-making skills.
- Communication skills with the ability to translate technological information to relevant business terms.
- 4-year degree program
- Experience supporting at least 2 or more technologies ((Mainframe, Network, Voice, Distributed and Cloud based systems )
What is a Must Have?
- Two years of experience supporting one or more technologies across Mainframe, Network, Voice, Distributed and Cloud based systems.
