We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of software that supports critical business operations across our professional services organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and engineering, transforming complex workflows, business rules, and operational needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders, documenting detailed requirements, and collaborating with designers and engineers to bring solutions to life. Partner closely with engineering and design teams to refine requirements, identify edge cases, document business rules, and ensure shared understanding before development begins. Maintain a high level of detail and quality in requirements documentation to minimize ambiguity and rework. Work with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and UX designers to deliver product releases on time and within scope. Product Discovery & Innovation Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities for product improvements, workflow optimization, automation, and new capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders, users, engineering, and design to validate ideas before development. Create and communicate product concepts through process diagrams, prototypes, and other artifacts. Leverage AI‑assisted tools, prototyping platforms, and emerging technologies to rapidly explore and validate solutions. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to develop innovative yet practical product solutions. User Experience & Adoption Champion intuitive design and user experience improvements. Support change management efforts to drive adoption. Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement. Partner with engineering, support, and business teams to prioritize product enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements based on user feedback and business impact.
