Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including technology license agreements, SaaS agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, proof‑of‑concept agreements, MOUs, and vendor agreements. Provide legal support for innovation ecosystem initiatives, strategic partnerships, investment activities, industry collaborations, and accelerator programs. Advise business stakeholders on intellectual property rights, risk mitigation, and commercial legal matters related to emerging technologies and new business initiatives. Support technology-related transactions and coordinate with outside counsel as needed. Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, business, R&D, and operational teams in a matrixed global organization. Provide general corporate and commercial legal support related to innovation and business development activities. Requirements 5–9 years of relevant legal experience, preferably including both law firm and in‑house experience. Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial technology agreements. Experience negotiating intellectual property rights and advising on IP‑related commercial matters. Strong ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to creatively support commercial goals while minimizing legal risk. JD degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
