Commercial Counsel – Technology Transactions | In-House | NYC (Hybrid)

We are conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Counsel to join the legal team of a leading business consulting and analytics firm headquartered in New York City. This is a hybrid role — two days in office per week.

The core focus is technology agreements. Ideal candidates have 3-7 years of experience with a law firm background, in-house exposure, or both. This is a high-visibility role sitting within a lean, sophisticated legal department that works cross-functionally across operations, finance, privacy, and HR. Strong candidates will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing volume

independently.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
