Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will responsible to provide value added service to our customers and to promote sales and to cement business-partner relationship with our customers.To develop, and lead the Telesales activities and support the technical service activities to achieve financial targets and profitability and grow our market share.Manage the sales forecastsCall prospective and existing customers to generate new leads and customersProvide complete solutions to our customersWork towards, achieve and exceed established targets and daily call requirementsPromote special offers and product campaignsCustomer visits schedulingAnswer inbound queries from potential customersUpdate and maintain customer detailsImprove product knowledge to deliver the Rich ExperienceTo capture, analyze and grow the bakery and other channelsTo support the technical associates’ understanding of customers’ needs and create value-add product solutionsTo work and collaborate with Sales and Technical Coordinator to implement the technical planTo work with technical team and category leaders to develop product applications for all platformsTo drive the Rich ExperienceTo capture the market, industry and customer trends for growth opportunitiesCollege degree or above;3+ years relevant telesales experience;Experience in FMCG industry or retail industry would be advantageous;Excellent communication skill with strong telephone etiquetteStrong analytical skills;Proficient with MS office, especially Excel;Strong sense of responsibilities and problem identification;Creative problem solving and decision making skillsTeam workFluent in English
