ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Telecommunications Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the organization's telecommunications systems. This position involves analyzing communication needs, implementing solutions, and ensuring the reliability of voice and data services. The Telecommunications Analyst will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, conduct performance assessments, and recommend improvements for telecommunication services. Additionally, this role will support the deployment of new technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications analysis and support.

- Strong understanding of telecommunication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and mobile communications.

- Familiarity with network infrastructure and its integration with telecommunications.

- Experience with service providers and contract management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

- Relevant certifications (such as CCNA or equivalent) are a plus.
