Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Nevada | Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Work

In this role, you’ll support clients across Nevada through scheduled virtual sessions. Your focus stays on clinical care—listening, assessing, and guiding clients forward—without the added stress of running a physical office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hold regular telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete intake interviews and assessments
• Set goals and document treatment progress
• Maintain accurate clinical notes
• Follow Nevada licensing and telehealth guidelines
• Participate in supervision when needed

Requirements

• Nevada license: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Prior therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Reliable private workspace
