We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our team.

Job Description:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for connecting with people? Do you enjoy helping customers find the right solutions for their needs? If so, we want you on our team as a Telemarketer! In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products, and setting appointments for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list of leads.
  • Engage potential customers in conversation to identify their needs and explain our home improvement products and services.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on all calls.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
