Teller - North Shore Bank Location: 944 S Bay Shore Dr, Sister Bay, Wisconsin Position Type: Full-Time / Regular Job Summary: Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the bank's personal representative with its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards with both external and internal customers, meeting expectations and promoting customer willingness to keep, expand and refer banking relationships. Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals as communicated by Branch Administration. Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
