As directed by the primary nurse performs work processes to accomplish organizational goals and positive patient outcomes. These work processes include patient education, comfort/pain management, psycho/social support, wound and skin management, care coordination and diagnostic/interventional procedures. Scope of practice includes patients of all ages.
Requirement description :

• 2+ Years of experience - Required
• 2+ Successful Travel Assignments - Required
• BLS - Preferred
• Chronic Dialysis Experience - Required
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
