New England Village Job Title Temporary Human Resources Recruiter Location Pembroke, MA (on-site) Salary $28/hour 25 hours per week, estimated to start at the end of April. Summary Of Position The Temporary Human Resource Recruiter drives full-cycle hiring for New England Village’s programs, ensuring a timely, compliant, and mission-aligned candidate experience. The recruiter promotes and supports HR recruitment programs and activities in alliance with a culture of growth, adaptability, and change. Provide professional level Human Resource services in the areas of HR recruitment, documentation, and workflow progression, and onboarding, as well as other similar duties necessary to the function of Human Resources in compliance with New England Village, external agencies, programs, state and local policies, regulations, and procedures. Essential Job Functions Manage recruitment and hiring of new staff utilizing applicant tracking software. Post jobs, conduct initial screening and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Schedule interviews and provide candidate information to hiring manager. Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation. Use Paycor communication tools, including candidate texting and templated email messaging, to maintain timely and consistent candidate engagement. Generate weekly recruitment reports using Paycor dashboards, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire metrics. Perform other similar duties as requested or instructed by the supervisor. Knowledge And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with HRIS and/or applicant tracking software. (Experience with Paycor and ADP preferred). Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Proactive and collaborative. Strong client focused approach and skilled at building trust. Skills And Abilities Required Strong proficiency in navigation Paycor’s dashboards, reports, and communication tools. Communicates with individuals and staff in a respectful, compassionate, and professional manner that supports collaboration and positive working relationships. Works with confidential data such as payroll and medical information which if disclosed inadvertently may have internal effect or minor external effect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
