Temp Licensed Vocational Nurse Lvn Licensed Apply
Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process and
accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and
procedures of the Home Health Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Home Health Nursing. Knowledge of Home Health
compliance. Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention.
Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program, meet additional credentials for
special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.
Requirement description :
- At least 1 year of experience - Required
- Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
- Reliable transportation - Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH - Preferred)
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
