Multiplier: 1.25x
OT: billed at straight hrly
Requirement description :
- 2+ years' experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN
- Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental
- travel experience is desired
- Agency MUST have an active MI iCHAT account
- Agency MUST be authorize to schedule Fingerprinting
