Temp Occupational Therapy Assistant Ota Inpatient Apply
Department is looking to interview and fill '1' vacant positions for 13 week contract to begin w/ the possibility of extending at client discretion
Requirement description :
- min of 1 year OT experience
- IP acute care experience needed
- CA OT & BLS (AHA) must be active
- Primarily adult population, however, will work with all age groups
Profile Requirements:
- Work History going back at least 3 years, if applicable to Assignment
- Skills Checklist
- At least '1' supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
- Licenses & Certifications
- COVID Vaccination card w/ booster, if applicable
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
