Requirement description :

• 2 years current Physical Therapy experience [REQUIRED]
• NO NEW GRADS
• Outpatient experience [REQUIRED]
• Inpatient experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

• Work History

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
