Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each of our therapists has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques and many also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We re Helping Patients Who Have:

Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday.

This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Our Outpatient PT clinics are closed for major holidays.

• 2 years CURRENT PT experience [Required] (New grads will not be considered for this need)

• Updated CAQH must be provided after start
• NPI must be provided after start
• Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
  Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
• Previous Rehab Experience - Required
• Previous travel experience [strongly preferred]
• CPSI EMR experience - [Highly Preferred]
• Previous experience working with PTA's - [Preferred]
• Traveler perm address must be included in profile
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
