Temp Registered Nurse Rn Home Health Apply
This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirement and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(25%)* Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff.
(25%)* Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff.
(25%)* Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients.
(25%)* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client.
Requirement description :
- 1+ years of Home Care RN experience - [REQUIRED]
- Active Driver's License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required
- Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- MI LTC Fingerprinting is needed during compliance - please keep this in mind
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Home Health) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
