Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Requirement description : MED SURG TRAVELERS MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MS UNIT

• 2 years current MS experience [Required]
• Tele experience required [Required]
• Willingness to float- Required [Required]
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED [Required]
  
• Meditech Expanse experience {strongly preferred}
• BLS, NIHSS AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. Facility will not pend either of these certifications.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
