Temp Registered Nurse Rn Operating Room Apply
This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure and maintains patient safety. The RN outlines individual care plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of the patient during surgical procedures. Provides leadership to the OR team. Communicates with the patient and family, OR team, supervisor, manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education
Cases: General, cyst, robotic GYN and urology, neuro spine, neuro crani, orthopedic.
Requirement description :
- At least 2 years of RN OR experience - Required
- Level 2 Trauma Experience - Required
- Proficient in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Gen/Gyn, and Urology - Required
- Recent travel experience - Highly Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (MI LARA & BLS - AHA)
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)

- Michigan
Weekend Requirements : As Needed
On Call Requirements : No Call
