Requirement description :
- Must have 1 year of clinical OR experience
- Must have experience in the Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Ortho, general, ortho-spine, neuro, urology, pediatrics, some gyn procedures, some larger ENT procedures.
- Must Scrub and Circulate
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Illinois
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : compact RN or single state IA RN license required -- can submit application during onboarding
Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd-4th Weekend (24 hours)
On Call Requirements : 1-2 times per week between the hours of 5:00pm-6:30am. Call is shared on the weekends with the Moline Campus
