Assumes responsibility for decontamination, cleaning, processing, and sterilization of supplies, instrumentation and equipment dispensed to all surgical locations and other house-wide areas.

Disassembles, sterilizes and disinfects all surgical equipment.

Participates in receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and instruments needed for Operating Rooms.

Sterilizes and disinfects all surgical instruments.

Requirement description : JOB IS FOR A SPECIFIC TRAVELER

• 2+ years of SPT experience - Required
• IAHSCMM cert - highly preferred
• CSP Certified- Required
• BLS - Required upon start date
• SurgiDat Program Experience- Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• HSPA (IAHCSMM)
• BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
