Under the direction of the Director of Radiology, the Ultrasound Technologist consistently produces high quality ultrasound images for interpretation by the Radiologist. Responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment, positioning patients and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using Sonography. Assists the physician with invasive procedures performed in Ultrasound. Rotates through the call schedule as needed.
Requirement description :

• 2 + years of Experience - Required
• General Ultrasound and Vascular proficiency (do not need to be vascular registered) - Required
• ARDMS and BLS (AHA) - Required
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
