- 2+ years General Ultrasound experience [Required]
- MUST have experience with ALL ages groups - Required
- ARDMS required [Required]
- BLS AHS [Required]
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- NH MIRT - TEMP LICENSE AVAILABLE (with equivalent state license from NM, ND, or Oregon) - VERY QUICK TURN-AROUND must have their own vehicle for this need
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH MIRT (Or state equivalent) must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
