Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a healthcare facility north of Boise, ID, in the search for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a temp to perm position. Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and respond to changes as needed
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  
  

Education And Certification Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Idaho
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS certification
