Our client, a fast food restaurant chain, is seeking a temporary Employment Litigation Paralegal to join their team for at least 3 months. The ideal candidate will be local to the Orange County, CA, area for a hybrid schedule in their offices nearby. This will be a 40-hour per week schedule, paying between $40 and $60 per hour (based on experience) via a W-2 with Legalpeople.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a large volume of subpoena and record check requests
• Review and summarize reference and record requests, task due dates, and various employment documentation
• Keep full-cycle litigation docket documentation up to date
• Liaise with outside counsel on various litigation matters

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience in an employment litigation role, handling the above responsibilities
• Ability to be on-site in Orange County multiple days per week
• Detail-orientation and excellent organizational skills
