$16-18/hour
Full Time
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
The Office Assistant will be responsible for compliance administration for housing programs, lease renewals, recertification's, interims, move-ins/move-outs, weekly vacancy reports and providing support/back-up for the Community Manager. Will work to minimize vacancies, quickly lease apartments, promote good working resident and public relations, assure program compliance and perform clerical duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• 1+ years prior office experience required
• Prior leasing or affordable housing experience preferred
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); accurate data entry skills.
• Yardi Voyager software skills preferred, or other housing software programs needed.
