JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to handle the full life-cycle recruitment for open positions including posting job listings, screening and interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to make hiring decisions while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Quench operates under a remote-first, hybrid work model. We balance the flexibility of working from home with the expectation that the team may occasionally be onsite for critical meetings, training, conferences, and as required by leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR/TA Manager to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
  • Use applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep track of open requisitions, candidates, and posting jobs
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are onboarded or dispositioned
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and referrals networks
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews
  • Initiate the onboarding process for new employees (background checks, drug screening, new hire documents, etc.)
  • Other talent acquisition duties and projects as needed

Qualifications :

  • Work experience in a high-volume corporate talent acquisition role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Bachelors degree preferred
