Job Description:

As the Terminal Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations at our Hammond terminal. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You'll be responsible for overseeing staff, managing fleet operations, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering client relationships. Your strategic planning and problem-solving skills will drive the terminal's success, aligning with our core values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee terminal operations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
