Kustom US is looking for an EXPERIENCED Territory Account Executive in Michigan! In this role, your nature as a dynamic, self-driven, and outgoing extrovert is on full display. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent and on-going contact with key decision makers for commercial properties, third party administrators, and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals. Position Type:
Full Time, Mid-Level


Remote Explanation:
You will be provided with a company vehicle and iPhone to use while in the field 90% of the work week and are expected to report to the office as communicated by management.


Salary Range:
65K-85K; based on experience


Incentives:
Eligible for commission agreed upon at time of hire


Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM; Flexible


Core Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
  • Generate and secure business referral opportunities and new restoration projects.
  • Maintain CRM and regular contact with existing customers via phone or in-person
  • Manage account services through quality checks, audits and other follow ups.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials and current product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license required.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated relationship selling experience is preferred.
  • Proven history of meeting sales targets and boosting profitability
  • Strong Territory Account Executive networks within various construction organizations
  • Excellent communication and active listening skillset.
