Title: Sales Representative — Pumps & Flow Technology

Compensation: Base salary up to $50,000 + commission/bonus potential
We are hiring for a client of ours seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support business growth in the pumps and flow technology space. This role will focus on developing new customer relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts across industrial and commercial markets.
The Sales Representative will work closely with customers to understand application needs, recommend appropriate pump and fluid handling solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and working in a technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Recommend pump and flow technology solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to ensure project success
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience (industrial, mechanical, or technical sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory activity independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
