With steady expansion of their Safety-Care Crisis Prevention Training Program across North America, QBS is significantly improving the safety of educational, residential, and programmatic settings that serve individuals with challenging behaviors.
How can you help?
QBS is seeking a Territory Representative to manage and grow successful training events over multiple states. They will oversee the roster pipeline of registrants into planned classes to ensure successful coordination and growth of the Safety Care training program. This position will provide an important touch point to respond to and solve for new and existing QBS customer needs. An ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail and an ability to complete successful projects.
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate event management and Logistics across a portfolio of up to 150 annual events across assigned territory
- Collaborate with operations team to schedule classes within assigned territory based on customer demand
- Grow and optimize a pipeline of registrants across as many as 35 planned class events at any one time
- Respond to and solve for a broad range of customer inquiries by email, phone and case work including reschedules and cancellations
- Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM to input inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Upsell existing customers to solicit new training opportunities
- Learn and retain high-quality product knowledge to effectively present QBS’s unique selling points to customers
- Achieve or exceed registration and revenue goals in assigned territory

- Customer service dedication and experience
- Detail and process-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills across all mediums (phone and email)
- Reside in greater Boston/RI area with the ability to work in North Attleboro, MA headquarters 2 days per week
