Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Dallas Forth Worth, TX
Required Pay Scale: 20-28/hr with Uncapped Commission

Role Overview We are seeking high-performing Territory Sales Professionals with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience in B2B outside sales. This role focuses on acquiring and managing high-volume commercial clients while acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact.
This is a client-facing, field-driven role requiring consultative selling skills, confidence, and the ability to build long-term business relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial business clients or build one from scratch
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
- Conduct on-site client visits to analyze usage, billing, and cost optimization opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing tailored business solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
- Perform research on prospective clients to enable value-driven conversations
- Facilitate audits and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, including onboarding
- Communicate new products, services, and programs effectively
- 4+ years of recent outside/territory sales experience
- Strong B2B sales and account management background
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to earn and grow
- Confident engaging with small to mid-size business owners
- Stable work history with solid tenure
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle objections and respond effectively under pressure
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand usage and billing structures
- Comfortable working in a field-based, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector
- Knowledge of electricity markets or billing concepts
- Interest in transitioning into marketing or strategic roles
