Position: Territory Sales In-Charge (TSI)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2 to 4 years Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹7,20,000 per annum

Industry Segment: Retail Industry: Abrasives / Automotive Paint / Wood Finishes

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive paint shops, distributors, and end users in the assigned territory. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.

3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Promote and sell Kovax Abrasives products to achieve sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and ensure market penetration.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to address customer requirements and align on sales strategies.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting head, detailing sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the abrasives industry or automotive paint sector.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or a technical background is a plus).

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Basic knowledge of abrasives or automotive paint products is preferred.

Location Preference: Candidates based in Bangalore or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
