What You’ll Do

• Close sales through both provided appointments and self-generated leads.
• Visit customers on-site across the Nashville area to assess tree care needs.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience—before, during, and after the sale.
• Coordinate with our crews to ensure smooth service execution.
• Work some Saturdays as needed based on demand.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (tree knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train you!).
• A self-starter with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, positive attitude, and a go-getter mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors and driving around Nashville.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to generate your own leads, especially during slower periods.
