Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Test Engineer to support and maintain manufacturing test infrastructure, drive quality improvements, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize 24/7 test systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective actions
  • Support NPI test plans and lifecycle validation
  • Manage test systems (code distribution, servers, tools)
  • Implement test improvements, automation, and production support tools
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Technical high school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Python and database knowledge
  • Windows Server, Linux, and networking experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and quality tools
