Role Name: Card Test Lead / Test Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH - 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Domain Expertise

• Strong background in the Cards & Payments domain with deep functional knowledge
• Hands-on testing experience in:
  • Card origination
  • Product changes/upgrades
  • Fraud management
  • Payment allocation
  • Fees & financial charges
• Experience with TSYS-TS2 or other enterprise card processing platforms
• Proven delivery in credit card migration projects, including data validation & reconciliation
• Familiarity with Visa / Mastercard networks and end-to-end transaction lifecycle

Testing Leadership

• Lead comprehensive testing for card migration and card lifecycle processes
• Define and execute:
  • Functional testing
  • Regression testing
  • UAT support
• Work closely with product teams, developers, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure full test coverage
• Validate card lifecycle workflows, including:
  • Authorization
  • Clearing & settlement
  • Transaction posting
• Strong defect management ownership:
  • Triage, RCA, tracking through closure
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and regulatory standards
• Deliver high-quality testing artefacts:
  • Test strategy, test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices

Tools & Soft Skills

• Proficiency with JIRA / HP ALM or similar test management platforms
• Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to guide and mentor junior or offshore QA teams
