NEXEO is currently looking for a Test Manager to support a large-scale transformation program within a major banking environment in Brussels.This mission is part of a strategic transformation of the Client Service Center, driven by a partnership with Accenture, focusing on automation, digital workflows, and integration of a ServiceNow-based platform (SynOps) into the bank’s IT landscape.Mission OverviewAs Test Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of testing activities across multiple streams and systems. You will ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of testing efforts within a complex transformation program involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall test strategy and governance frameworkPlan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities across multiple initiativesEnsure end-to-end and integration testing across systems (APIs, middleware, core banking)Monitor test progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely deliveryManage defects, quality metrics, and reporting dashboardsCoordinate with Accenture teams, Test Engineers, and internal stakeholdersFacilitate go/no-go decisions, escalation of risks, and reporting to senior stakeholdersEnsure environment readiness and alignment with release planningProfile RequiredMinimum 10 years of experience in Test Management or QA leadership rolesProven experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally in bankingStrong understanding of banking systems and operationsExperience in Agile / SAFe environmentsTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End testingSolid knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integration architecturesFamiliarity with core banking systems and data platformsExperience with cloud or hybrid environmentsKnowledge of ServiceNow / SynOps is a plusLanguagesEnglish: FluentFrench and/or Dutch: Working knowledgeSoft SkillsStrong leadership and coordination skillsExcellent stakeholder managementAbility to manage complexity, risks, and tight deadlinesStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
