Role: Test ManagerLocation: SingaporeExperience: 10+ YearsMandatory Experience10+ years of experience in Banking QA / Test Management, with at least 4–5 years in Test Manager or Lead roles.Strong Cards domain experience, specifically Card link / cards integration testing.Hands on experience in Collections systems and processes for retail banking or cards.Functional & Technical SkillsDeep understanding of Cards lifecycle, transactions, reconciliation, and exception handling.Knowledge of Collections regulations, MAS guidelines, and regional compliance expectations.Experience with test management tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, Zephyr).Strong understanding of agile and waterfall delivery models.Ability to manage large distributed test teams.Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills, including senior management.Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.Capable of working in high pressure go live environments.Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi vendor setup.Technical SkillsStrong experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components).Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with state management using Redux or Context API.Familiarity with REST APIs and Axios/Fetch.Knowledge of Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.Experience using debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools.Support / AMS ExperienceHands-on experience in Application Management Support (AMS).Strong exposure to incident, problem, and change management.Familiarity with ITIL processes.
