About the Role: As a Functional Technician with our Robotics Team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fabrication, and testing of complex robotic systems and components. This position combines hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Shift: 2nd, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm

Key Requirements:

• Electro-Mechanical inspection and rework experience.
• Proficient with test fixtures and DAQ Systems.
• Ability to read, interpret and worth with engineering documentatin and/or drawings.

• Experience with technical documentation & hardward standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute assembly and fabrication of complex manufactured products following established procedures
• Perform troubleshooting and debug activities on manufacturing products. Gather and analyze data from various sources for problem resolution. Troubleshoot standard tasks and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Conduct PCBA inspection, rework, and circuit board modifications
• Set up and execute test fixtures and DAQ systems. Read and interpret engineering documentation and drawings
• Fabricate cable harnesses and assemble electronic boxes
• Assist in training new hires and junior team members
• Maintain quality standards and contribute to process improvements
• Document discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)
• Perform hardware inspections and first article builds


Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in reading and understanding English
• Competency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and software operations
• Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds frequently
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Understanding of basic hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Basic technical communication skills
